Vikiah and DeVannah of iVannah Wellness Spa aim to provide a unique in-home experience on your road to healing and recovery. In our best effort, tailored to your needs we will work hand in hand with you, your loved ones, and physicians to help guide you through the post-op healing phase.

 $500 Deposit required (nonrefundable but transferrable to other dates)

Need to Knows:

  • ****All Services WILL BE had in a hotel, Airbnb, or Clients Home. Client will be responsible for Care &Housing. Please we will assist in housing location due to having contracts with locations. ****

  • Massages are addtl in house for $60 per session (normally $90 guest special)

  • Basic Supplies include in house use of Chux Pads, 1 Shower linear, Poise Pads, Tylenol, Halls, Surgical Tape, Gauze, Benadryl, Stool Softener, Miralax, Arnica Tea, Depend Diapers, Antibacterial Soap, Peroxide, Hand Sanitizer, Toothbrush and Paste, and Deodorant

  • Room Help/Set up must be done 12-24 hrs before Surgery. Any Room Setup within 12 hrs of Surgery will be a extra $75 Fee. Plan accordingly.

  • RUSH CARE: Services booked within 48 hrs of procedure is subjected to a Rush Fee of  $75

  • State/City Transportation is $75 & up

 

  • Transportation includes round trip Atlanta Airport pickup/drop off, Pre-op, surgery day, and 2 post op appointments additional rides are $100 round trip per person. If you only need Housing + transport rides are $100 per trip round trip.

  • You will be responsible for all Prescription cost!

 

  • Check out is at 11am (please plan flights accordingly)

  • Check in is at 1pm (flexible with notice).

  • Deposits are non refundable but valid for 1 year (date changes with 3 weeks from schedule arrival will forfeit deposit, or results in a $250 rescheduling fee).

 

  • A Deposit is the only way to reserve your stay.

  • Balance is due 1 week before Arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• 12  hours (daily) of Hands-on personal caretaking in your location of recovery

• Fresh Cooking & meal options (Max of 3 meals a day)

• Assistance with all bathroom duties and showers

• Prescription Pickup

• Drain assistance (if drains are present)

• Wound care and dressing

• Assistance with circulation and basic ROM

• Vital recordings (BP, Oxygen and Temp) Check daily, Hemoglobin 2xs before departure

 • 1 Daily post-op Massage In House. Addtl Massages for fee.
